Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I can't log in.

    I don't know why.

    I know my password but requested it be sent to me anyway.

    Won't work.

    I changed it and tried to log in again.

    Won't work.

    I created a brand new account to start again.

    NOW I CAN'T GET INTO THAT ONE EITHER!!


    What the hell is going on? Why is this happening?

    Its not a Caps Lock problem

    Please help, thanks

    I'm able to login fine anyway.

    What error are you getting?

    Does it specifically say you have entered an incorrect password?

    If not, maybe your cookies are not activated.


    Other problem keys, can be a stuck ALT key or a stuck Shift key,
    alt will put fadas on vowel letters for instance.

    My advice, is to type the password into notepad,
    and if its correct, copy and paste it back into your browser,
    taking care not to copy any spaces.

    It's not saying my password is incorrect, but it wipes it from the bar and then asks me to put in my 'correct' password and enter the one or two words below.

    It can't be stuck keys because I've tried it on a PC a laptop and a macbook

    It could be cookies I suppose - I will try that out when someone who knows how to enable them gets here.

    Thats very strange, because cookies are enabled by default on each browser.

    The only way they would'nt be enabled is if they were all work computers, with restricted access.

    Im out of ideas really, just try copying and pasting the password in your future attempts.
