Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey guys,

i have an xbox with a wireless adapter and recently got 15mb broadband. It was easy to set up as i just connected xbox live to my network and then i was able to get onto xbox live.

The thing is now i am getting pretty bad lag when i am playing Modern Warfare 2 even though my NAT is set to Open!

Anybody have any ideas what i can do to improve the performance when i'm playing on Live, it's really annoying!!

    Cheers

try www.speedtest.net , check your ping , and also do a few tests making sure that your speed is stable.

Cheers lads, got it sorted now. Just ran an ethernet cable from xbox to modem.

NAT was set to open using wireless adapter but was still getting a bit of lag and speedtest and pingtest gave very good results!

Bit strange really that it was lagging using the wireless but don't mind now cos connection is excellent!
