I don't work there but it's a manufacturing plant afaik. They manufacture several medical devices relating to treatment of cardiovascular disease. There is probably a sales force representative or two working there as well and perhaps the country product/brand managers as well.

Cordis are a multinational subsiduary of Johnson and Johnson.
