unable to reply to an ART thread

    when i try to reply to the 1000 mile challenge thread in the A/R/T forum, I get a message saying my reply is too short (at least one character required), but i'm already including the text from the previous message, so I can't figure out what's wrong

    Can anyone point me in the right direction to get it sorted?

    Just looking at that thread it seems that everyone's posting the same table, but if you're just quoting the previous poster you will have problems. What you need to do is quote the last post and then in the text box remove the tags at the start and end that look like this:

    Obviously you'll have to insert/update your own line on the table before hitting submit.

    Thanks for your quick response - it worked! It has been a while since I replied to the 2009 thread, so I forgot about removing the quotes
