I found some gold in the house I could do without. Does anyone know a safe place in Galway where I can sell it for a fair price?

Cross Warty Nora's palm with silver for the location of Galway's own Gold hoarding Leprechaun.

    Got Gold?

Unless I was absolutely starving, homeless and destitute I would stash it safe in the war chest.

It's going up in value; a blue chip investment if ever there was one!

Ignore all this 'Cash for Gold' and 'Recycle old Gold' malarkey going round at the moment.

This Gold bandwagon is one I'd be avoiding at the moment.

Make a killing on when you really need to or in another few years time.

Three national companies operating out of Galway

    www.goldparty.ie
    www.forgottengold.com
    www.thegoldretriever.com

Ring all three companies, ask them what they are paying per gram of 9ct gold, and whichever gives you the best price request a pack. Ensure you ask for a breakdown to ensure they haven't gone back on their word and given you a different price when you've actually posted the items.

Do not sell your gold in the shopping centre, he offers as low as 3EUR a gram.

They are not legally obliged to ask for ID but most of them do.

Gold has remained pretty stable at the moment, if you were going to sell some of your old crap I think now would be a good time.
