Power cuts???

We just had another power cut there for a minute..anyone else have this? Second one tonight.

Yeah we are after having two outages of about 15 minutes, and then a few times went off came back on. It has been back for a good while now. I rang to report the failures, and they were looking at the sub-station, we are in the ballinlough area.

It looks like they have a major fault that is casuing a ripple effect here. I asked if our issue was snow on wires etc, but they cant really tell what the issue is. Hope this cold goes soon, no water, now no power!!

What area was your power out??

Rochestown/Coach Hill area. Only went for a minute both times but wondering if it is a general fault or a local one. Thanks.

Same thing happened around the Hilltown area. Power went for two or so minutes then came back on. Has happened twice so far.

Only around the corner from Coach Hill. No power cuts...so far.

Just had a power cut on the main Douglas road.

Had a few short power outs in ballinlough (10-20minutes) and one or two only lasting a minute or so.

Just had another power outage there..lasted about 2 mins...ffs.

Had one 30 second outage in Ballinlough about an hour ago, nothing since.

Another outage here in Hilltown, about two minutes ago. Lasted longer than the ones before.


And when the power went, so did the power to the wireless receiver, so I just lost a one gig download.

Power gone on coach hill for last 40 mins now. Damn annoying.

We had 3 or 4 outages too but nothing since midnight *knock on wood*
