    Hi All,

I'm currently looking to buy a house, want a new build, have 3 in mind.

One is a shell, no wiring or plumbing done.

Second is a plumbed, wired, plastered etc, but no kitchen, painting, fitted wardrobes, fireplace, tiling etc.

Or to one finshed with all the above included.

Now between myself and my dad, most woodwork, tiling etc we would do ourselves...

It woul be a 4 bed 2 story house in an estate. I'm waiting on a price to buy the different options. the asking on a "finished" is 240k, where would the pricing need to be for option 1 or 2 to be worth while.

    Thanks in advance.

Its very much a "how long is a piece of string" question and utterly dependent on size and specification.
