Try Easons, they were doing a 100 pack spindle for 20ish.

Maplin in Blanchardstown have them at a 'sale' price, but can't recall what it was as I wasn't interested in DL.

You could try https://www.justmedia.ie/c-33-dvd-dual-layer.aspx. I think they have them 10 for 15 euros not cheap but if you need a few to tie you over till you can get them online.

you can select pick up in blanchardstown for delivery so it costs nothing extra.

you just need writer that supports DL, most of them do, check the specs of yours
