hard essay to write on carl rogers help

hay iv to write an essay by next monday on carl rogers. The essay is basically to talk about nature v's nurture and then to say wheather Rogers is nature or nurture and why you think this based on his theory!!! if anyone has any ideas id be so greatful, or any books dat may help. thanks
