Check out the link below, found it good, esp the frame building section. Let us know how you get on.

Hi I just joined this site. I'm planning on getting a polytunnel soon cos last year my veg patch was a total washout. Did you get your tunnel yet? If so how did it go? I made a sort of roofless tunnel with plastic pipes and polythene, it is good for wind protection (we get a lot of gales here) and it waters itself but of course its not as good as a real tunnel. Also I have a running argument with the wind about how upright it should be.

Hi I bought a 14'x25' tunnel from http://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/ last april. (which has high sides)

I have an exposed site, and got extra bracing, upgraded the T,ness of the hoops, got staging, irrigation system, ground cover sheet, anti condensation covering and got the Base Rail kit for around €1100. (they have a 10% off some time in Spring)

I highly recommend the Base Rail Kit, and the Anti hotspot tape.

    Hope this helps.

This guy (in the US) details how to build your own polytunnel with pics:

You might want to stake it down if there is little shelter nearby

You can buy the covering materials here: http://www.polydome.ie/

I eventually went with www.morrispolytunnels.co.uk I got a 14ft wide by 30 ft.It cost 705 including delivery. The extra options were hot spot tape, 2 wood treated doors,4 crop bars-for extra strength and to hang stuff off.Couldn't find better price around.Hope to have it up this weekend and will post picture.
