Recommend me a grx card for HDMI out

Have an old Core 2 Duo Dell E510 with 3GB of RAM. Want to convert to HTPC What graphics card should I get to use the PCI Express x16 for HDMI out. What TV cards would you recommend and also remotes .. Any other advice would be great thx :)

For the graphics card pick up an ATI HD4350 for about 30 quid or so.

Don't use TV cards so couldn't tell you too much about them.
