Charcoal grill sauces

How do I make the chilli sauce and the garlic sauce from Charcoal Grill? Now, I mean these in particular if anyone else have eaten there. Can't find anything like them in the shops.

Ask the lads in the shop.

the garlic sauce is likely just yogurt, mayomaise, garlic paste and some parsley.

The chilli sauce, i have no clue and have no idea why would want to know eother, Charcoal grill is muck.

The one thing Galway doesn't have is a good kebab shop.

Somehow, Athlone has 2!
