Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd love a TDV8, but with a carbon tax of 2 million euro per year, the answer is no.

But with Range Rovers in mind, are any of them in the ~reasonable~ carbon/motor tax of <=600 euro?

    Thanks

PS: Just read the thread about RR,......so....whats the easy way to get into X5 ownership?

I have a TD V8 and have never had a problem with it, however it is only 2 years old. I used have the TD V6 which just doesn't compare to it if I was you i'd try and save a little extra to afford the extra tax, it's worth it

without sounding too dismissive, if the €2k tax is putting you off then the running/maintainance costs will be a shock (we did discs on a 2.7 RRS last year and the bill came to over €1k)

I'm starting to like the x5 again and here is one that ticks a few boxes for me

Not a notion of buying it though, not nearly ready to get the next car...yet.
