power out donegal town area

    looks like the power is out for the town and surrounding area. Sitting at work and cant do anything

    edit :esb says 12:33pm for restoration

    power back on now in donegal town 10:40

    I rang the ESB number which did confirm 12.33 (very precise if wholly inaccurate time).

    Seems Ballyshannon and Rossnowlagh direction (presumably Ballintra and Laghey too) were also affected.

    Fair play to the engineers who got it fixed nearly 2 hours ahead of schedule - meant the heating at work was back in action! :)
