Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They've a decent socket set as well, not a bad price at all.

Will probably go for both sets as I need my own torque wrench and a 24 socket for the bandit's axle. Hopefully the sockets from the set will fit the torque wrench! Sick of borrowing other peoples tools.

yeah, the torque wrench has a standard half inch drive, so you'll be grand.

If the sockets fit the torque wrench then it'd be a great set to get both...

id be careful getting a cheap torque wrench.i got a cheap draper one.
snapped off a bolt.had it set to torque in the manual.so now i mostly
hand tighten stuff.and its fine.i know there`s nuts/bolts that need
    to be torqued.

I'm gonna try get the torque wrench and also the batter charger.

Things is though, for the money you'd pay for that socket set, you can get a fairly well kitted out (to my amateurish mind anyway) auto mechanic kit in Argos which is handy when you're like me and possess NO tools of your own.

I bought the torque wrench but it broke when I went to use it. I was going to bring it back but its handy as a power bar for opening tight stuff. I bought a Teng torque wrench instead.

...when they sold them the first time, I bought one and compared on a torque analyser with a Norbar one (premium). The Lidl one was as near dammit as makes no diffence, only being a bit of scatter at the min and max ends of it's range. You should aim to use wrenches in the middle of their ranges, only, and always back them off when not being used.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
