Just got this from AA roadwatch, let people know the situation aruond the county - after this thaw and the amount of rain that we had today, flooding was bound to occur!

*WEST CORK* • The N71 Cork/Bandon Rd is closed between Innishannon Village & Halfway R/A at Bandon until approx 10pm due to a crashed truck. Divert via the Crossbarry Rd with care due to minor flooding. *NORTH CORK* Flood gates are up in Mallow as the River Blackwater has burst it's banks. The N72 Mallow/ Fermoy Rd is closed at Park rd and from Spaglen to Olivers Cross. • There is flooding around Doneraile on the Newtwopothouse Rd and Ballyandrews Rd (towards Castletownroche).
