    I asked a mate, who was always talking about it and how he had master plans to get his GF to do it, why he found anal appealing. He said, "ehhh feels better!" Even though he'd never met anyone who did it:confused: I think it's more the fact taht you can say, yup, I went there!

    It hasnt influenced me at all.
    Sex is great and a hell of alot better then a palm sandwich watching some crappy obviously fake porn.
    As far as trying to get the stuff that happens in porno well if your girlfriend is up for it happy days sure its all about experimenting.
    Although one thing that I don't have any incling of trying is anal come on thats where poo comes from.
    If the river is running red stick it in her gob and be happy:D

    I'd say there's no doubt that porn makes people expect more - and no harm as long as both of them (or all ten of them and the farmyard animal) are into it.
    However, whilst myself and my OH have a very exciting sex life, there are times when we make love and look into each others eyes and we can feel how much we love each other as we experience all the sexy stuff. It's the most magical, intense and close feeling.
    As soon as anybody gets to make love like that, they'll put porn in its place. Kinky stuff is fun, love is better. But having both is almost too good to be legal.

    Irish women in general tend to be very conservative in bed from my experience compared to foreign women<snip>too much information; this isn't S&S forum</snip> so i don't think porn influences sex it's more down to culture and experiences from what I have seen anyway

    I agree with the poster saying culture has a strong influence on it. The majority of foreign girls, I'm friends with are very open about sex and don't consider it a private issue as such. Saying that, our current generation doesn't appear to have a very private attitude to their sexlives and generally don't have a problem discussing exactly what they like with their partners. I'm starting to go way off topic and rant here...

    To make this post slightly on topic; pron hasn't influenced my attitudes towards sex, all it has done is give me a large number of things to try out :P
