Hi, Am looking for ideas for my boyfriends birthday present. Given that it's his 30th I want it to be really special. Hi,

Am looking for ideas for my boyfriends birthday present. Given that it's his 30th I want it to be really special. He's always been a tricky one as he's not into cars, adventure activities (flying lessons etc) or computer games etc.

Was thinking of a weekend away somewhere but again, want it to be somewhere a bit more special than the usual European spots (like Paris, Rome, Prague etc). My budget all in is c €500. Would ideally love to get over somewhere in the US but that would bring me way over the budget.

Sorry if I'm being too vague but any advice or ideas would be really appreciated!
