    When my mortgage starts will it automatically have the tax releif or do I have to apply for it?

    You did well to negotiate with that battle axe in Savills. Fat cow. Well done.

    You got a "fairly" ok deal there. Mind you I'm making a big assumption that you could rent a 2 bed up there for 1k a month?

    However I'd still be weary of a few things:
    A) the cost of the mgt fees (off the wall as far as I'm concerned)
    B) the developer is Albany Homes
    C) Another block or two still has to come on the market.
    D) Parking (Tesco own the car park out front)

    Yeah One them has come to the market just before x-mas " Tulla House" they are lauching the second phase of it after christmas I think!! There was some really bad appartments left in the first phase!!
