    Hi All,

    This event will be opening this week....

    The first 50 entries for the Half Marathon will get a €5 discount.

    We are staging the event around Wicklow Gaol with a theme to add a point of difference and more....

    The date is Saturday 22nd of May.

    There will be a Free Roadshow seminar in Arklow Bay hotel this Wednesday 24th. Its a one hour Seminar on 'Train Smarter not Harder'

    Its open to anyone to come along. Topics include:
    Equipment
    Motivation
    Goal setting
    Nutrition
    A training plan

    Start time will be confirmed as soon as i get the call in the am (say circa 7.30pm). I will confirm

    Just to give ppl a chance to plan ahead if you wish to attend....
