They are enjoying the double entendre. Same with the golf.

    What's next, queefs and sharts?

I hate to admit it, but Jedward make for great television. Tonight's damp squib is evidence of that

i don't think this is working as well as other friday nights.
there is one reason for that - MLOD.
every time the conversation gets going she ruins it. she's like a rugby team pulling down a rolling maul.
i have massive respect for durcan and his poetry, but he is not well served by having her fawning over him.
duffy seems like a decent chap.
i never heard of the other fella before tonight and am not much the wiser now.
even vinnie isn't on as good form as other weeks.

    His acting is atrocious

He doesn't act. He just stands behind the bar of the Rovers, saying "Alrigh buddy!" whenever a man walks in, and "Howya darlin'!" when it's a middle-aged woman. Strange character.

Still, he's probably the least intolerable member of Boyzone.

I agree, what will our new friend from Austria think of us, if he is still up?

    It's 9 am in Queensland. I doubt he's gone to bed. ;)

I think everyone is being very harsh on Paul. He seemed like a nice guy and I'm not sure what he did that was pretentious.

Think back to the g'day comment in the LLS thread to the guy in Austria ;) think it was SkidMark's joke?

My cousin's child has autism so this is a cause that is very close to my heart. Keith Duffy has done a huge amount to help raise awareness about autism.

You're very kind Greentopia, but it wasn't my joke.

Wish it was though, it was a good 'un!

Edit: Here you go, take a bow, Duckworth Luas ...

No newspaper review tonight? Or did I somehow miss it?

Maybe the pages were stuck together.

Any chance Cassie could come on the show, she might be better at chatting than Political analysis;)

Fair play to Vincent. A great show with varied guests and none trying to flog their books. I wasn't sure why the Boyzone guy was there but the very important autism issue explained that.

I've still another bit left to drink.. We could get a taxi in to town.. Ther'll still be a few TV shows open on Leeson Street..

Vincent has to learn one lesson. If you are doing a light entertainment show, you need to have at least one comedian on the panel...or Jedward

Friday's show is always recorded, long before Saturdays papers are available.

I love when Vinny has an economics night. Ya cant beat the kind of misery and depression that Constantin and Paul Somerville peddle!

Judging by this a lot of what they said may not actually be true.

Warning: Long and at times tedious.

Seems to stack up though. After being right all along perhaps CG and PS are over-egging the "misery and depression" pudding a bit, just when it looks like we might actually be able to get through this.
