Real needle here between Macsavage and Vincent.. it's kind of like Barry Andrews' elder brother has just arrived at the school after Barry telling him Vincent had been bullying him for the last year..

MacSavage is very sharp and funny, he obviously knows politics from the inside and some of these new Senators don't

God she didnt even know the term was "parish pump politics"..

MacSavage, maybe your whole family should be barred from being allowed into politics, cos they all WANTED to be elected... he has some Fianna Fáil chip on his shoulder tonight..

They seem like a very cluless bunch so far anyway
I am sure they are qualified to be senators

Liked his show, but he comes across as a rude arrogant pompous twat.

Vincent can't resist skewering the young sinn fein lassie:D

The Seanad is full of party suck-ups who the public saw through, but who schmoozed enough councillors to get a Seanad gig.

  • Registered Users Posts: 306 ✭✭Molzer2

Ah God help us, Enda please get rid of this noooow!

This just makes me think that not much has changed despite all the talk of 'political change' we heard during the election :(

Finally, someone addresses the fact that there is no I in tremendous.

    Or horrendous.

I don't mean to be a pedant, but it really pisses me off when people say horrendious/tremendious.

Dave McSavage is Marv from Home Alone (after he was hit several times with a shovel)

Also, "millun" instead of "million", "seener" instead of "senior". They all seem to get it backwards and copy each other in their mispronunciations.

David McSavage and Vincent Browne seriously dislike each other.

There is barely a pretence of civility in their arguments.

  • Registered Users Posts: 306 ✭✭Molzer2

David has some balls to insult them to their faces,

I can't help but feel John Crown is too valuable in the medical field

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,708 ✭✭✭✭Ally Dick

McSavage is ashamed of his Fianna Fail links. He is trying to sound like an anarchist now. He just sounds like a comedian with no material

yer one in the green comes across as a complete cnut

  • Registered Users Posts: 306 ✭✭Molzer2

David with another sweeping generalisation while holding a straightish face

I think these Friday Shows are not working

They should replace them with one to one interviews between Vincent and one guest each week.

Might be worth a shot, there is usually one interesting person on the panel, but they are shouted down by other guests.
