This is a sad indictment of the state of our political parties...

    Indeed.

Which is in turn a shameful indictment of US!

ok it's fine and dandy having a pop at the ff and sinn fein guys, that's like shooting ducks in a barrel but the fact is that fg/labour are in power now and it's them who should be under the critical spotlight at the moment and their eleciton promises are rightly being questioned, the best i could say is they have made an inauspicious start.....also that woman on the panel, supposedly a journalist - well she acts like a fine gael representative every time i see her on the show, so much for objectivity

Has James Reilly been on the show since the last election? He use to live on the show before then.

How can you possibly have a debate on what can be done when Browne continually shuts it off with his insistence that things can't change and no-one can look to change them or else the sky will fall in? He's working from a premise that the result he fore-sees is the only possible result and that all debate must start from this premise.

why do they have an ad break right at the end of the show? they'll talk for two minutes about waffle from the papers and then when someone finally is about to make something remotely resembling a relevant argument, vinny will cut them off and go to the credits, it's like he gets the word from the producer that there are 30 seconds to go and then decides to go in depth on a topic

I think the show needs to be changed, i'd say loads of people don't return after the break at 11.50

    LOL/

Did you see Collins when Vinny said about him enjoying all activites "It leaves his options open"!

Collins sighed and looked away disgusted.

Vincent was obviously reerring to his sex life.

I follow a couple of my local TDs on twitter and you quickly do realise what wasters they are. One even tweets about having the weekend off and where he is heading off to or the social parties he has to attend. Where did the working 24/7 election claims to pull the country out of the mire go to?

He looked like what I would expect Wayne Rooney to look like if that
    comment was said to him.
    Odd.

I think it was a poster here who said they think Vinny has a button under his desk to start the credits and he presses it if the person is annoying him. :pac:

FIFA tonight, Ahh a proper corruption organisation with a Despot in charge. These boys could show politicians a thing or two.

This is pretty boring. He should've had Dunphy on the panel but they've got some history. :D

Never seen Miguel Delaney on the show before.

Should be on more often - knows his stuff!

He knows football but I can't remember any VB show being about football.
Interesting show tonight to me as I like sports.

Why don't you ask your TD that question?
