Some great imaginative descriptions of the young FF TD so far.

Strikes me as having a touch of the cute hoor about him. A bogger accent AND a bit of media gloss, both of which he seems to possess, are surely the two most powerful tools in the Irish politician's battery of arms.

    I'd say he'll go far. :(

I hate that " we need women in irish politics" line. Look at the examples we have Flynn, Coughlin, Mammy O'Rourke!!!! There as bad as the men.

I hate it when women try to play the sex card, there's about 50% of the population women if they can't organise themselves to vote for each other they should steer clear of politics.;)

    This is shocking disappointing.

Was bad this afternoon too, when Vinny didn't get a question at Biffo's P45 announcement.

    Oh well.

"bringing jobs IN to this country" , "getting multinationals to invest IN this country"...

we have people here well capable of building our own indigenous industry here.. even though the government seems determined to kill off indigenous industries like fishing, farming, sugar, etc etc ..

FDI may get plaudits for civil servants who throw carrots at multinationals to get them here.. but we always end up having to beg them to stay here (or sending mary Coughlan to throw profanities at them), when they find somewhere else with lower labour rates, overheads etc etc...

Try for once getting the IDA to help IRISH businesses..
