    Very much so. Please fix asap before someone like me sees it.

    Current signature rules. Your picture is too high, you've got a large amount of text and worse again, you've got both of these things. Deleting all of the text or all of the picture would still have you outside the rules. But I've linked to them so you'll be sorting that tomorrow...:) Typically (and rightly so) they just get wiped.
