Flash X Box 360 with e-sata laptop ??

    Hi guys.Im after searching high and low for this and cant get a real idea as to if i can do this or not.Im looking to flash my 360 with my dell studio 15 e-sata port.Its the intel chipset i think.Anyone any info on this??Any help very much appreciated guys.Thank you for reading...

    You'll need a cable with an E-SATA on one end, and an SATA on the other. You could use a normal SATA with a SATA->E-SATA converter if you like.

    Proceed as normal to ensure the drive is detectable and flash it (Google)

    You didn't mention your chipset. You said "Intel, I think". Thinking is not knowing, and Intel make several SATA controller chipsets so you'll have to be more specific. If you can't find out what exact controller you have then post the model of your laptop and I might be able to find out that way.

    Also, yes, that cable will allow you to hook up your xbox drive to your laptop.
