Digiweb Xbox live issue

    I don't know if this is a broadband , or xbox live issue so I've posted it here and the mods can move it if it's not in the right place.
    Basically I'm having problems with lag in games online with XBL that I've never had before.
    MW2 is extremely laggy , where I always had 4 green bars now every game is 2 yellow bars and laggy.
    PES2010 I cannot get a game online with anyone until 11pm at night , each time I connect the match gets abandoned.
    I've recently upgraded to Digiweb DSL 7.6mb and I connect by cable. Nat is open.
    My speed tests are all where they should be, I've tested XBL connection and everything is fine, so I can only think it's a broadband issue.
    Can anyone help me out with this.
