its something i know very little about but the place i'd def try first would be the army surplus store which i'm pretty sure moved down onto the quay.

get a pair of Gore tex pants in altitude. The North Face ones are bomb proof. iv a set for four years and they still look like new. And i have been using them, alot.

penneys have the backswing golf waterproof pants, i got them for oxygen weekend and they were perfect\!! only about 11 - 15 bucks aswell i think
