    Allo there!

    I need to cancel my subscription temporarily but I am unable to do that so I will need some input from the powers above I'm afraid.

    I have a monthly reoccurring subscription and as per previous threads it says to go back pay pal, which I have done, but it never ever gives me the option to cancel it and there is no option on my user cp to allow me do this either.

    Can an admin please go ahead and cancel this for me until I am set up to do my subscription again!!

    Subscription cancellation is done at your end in Paypal itself.

    Checking other threads with a similar query, it's located under "Pay list" in your paypal options.

    Alternatively, this should also work:

    To cancel do the following:

    Click My Account.
    Click History at the top of the page.
    Select Subscriptions from the Show menu.
    Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
    Click Search.
    Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription Creation.
    Click Cancel Subscription.
    Click Cancel Subscription again.
