That wasn't a penalty either. Soccer can't have it both ways, they can't allow that kind of soft penalty to be given across the board and then expect players not to dive everytime a challenge goes in in the box. By letting such soft penalties become accepted as OK its more or less giving tacit approval to players to go looking for penalties.

I accept your point but I believed that that Rooneys was a legit pen, It would be hypocritical of me to make the counter argument in this instance.
