Common sense says Iron Man... but the huge bulk of past evidence says Wolverine all the way. Wolverine is the underdog that always comes out on top when it comes to the crunch. Though, as I write this I've just remembered that Wolverine now comes minus the adamantium (unless he got it back at some point..)

Edit: Wow... decided to catch up on what's been happening in the Marvel world since last I bought a comic. Wow. Shiz be crazy. But, in relation to this battle, Wolverine has the adamantium back in play and is even more powerful than the last time he had it. Nice.
