Nokia N98. Is it released yet or a scam?

Any idea whether Nokia N98 is released yet. Saw it on a website that sells items from china? www.kimsell.net. (http://www.kimsell.net/product.asp?id=474) Asked the customer care whether it is a clone. Told me that it is from Nokia. Price is shown as € 306 and the phone specifications are as follows:

All these sites are scams or selling bad fakes. AVOID. You honestly think you'd get a phone like that for €300?

Can find any genuine results for it online just rumors! nothin on the nokia website, the price is way to low and the site in general looks a bit on the iffy side!
