Easiest way to blur private info in video.

    Hi There,

    I have made a screen capture showing the use of a program I am working on. In the video it shows some info like my phone number and a list of my contacts etc..

    Whats the easiest way to blur these out so I can post it on the web without showing any of my info?

    I googled a bit.. and a few places said it was quite complex and that you needed the really expensive editing suites to do it easily?

    BTW, I'm a complete novice when it comes to editing video so it's ok to treat me like a dummie :pac:

    I do not know if this helps but premier pro and edius can do this easily.
