Spinning Classes

Hi all, I'd like to start doing spinning classes. Does anyone know where, when, time and price of any classes. I know they do them in Kingfisher. and they don't do them in Waterford crystal. is there anywhere else? Cheers, M

kingfisher is the only place i know. Great workout you'd be in bits

Mondays 6.30 & 7.30 pm

Thursdays 8.15 pm
