Anybody done or know somebody who has done this competition? http://www.coasttocoast.co.nz/ ....... I was thinking about giving it a go in a about 3 years... Id need to build up a lot of fitness and skills namely kayaking. are there grade 2 rivers here in ireland to train/practice on? Thanks
