Mummy and Baby Class??!

I saw a poster for an exercise class for mums and their babies in Greystones/Charlesland, pretty sure it was called Buggy Buddies and I was wondering if anybody knew about it and if its any good. Seeing as its the New Year may as well start if off healthy. :rolleyes: Thanks

Mrs L did it a while back - it's basically jogging around the running track with your buggy, stopping to do various exercises along the way - she enjoyed it AFAIK. http://www.shorelineleisure.ie/charlesland/programmes
