Following repeated attempts to balance the radiators myself, very unsuccessfully, i have decided to relent and get a plumber in. Seeing as I will have a plumber in I am going to get the boiler serviced as well and a couple of other minor items completed.

I used a local guy last year but have since lost his contact details and cant remember his name, hence I am now looking for recommendations please.

I used Dave Galligan recently for a washing machine install and a heating fix - found to be excellent. Based in D15.

PM Sent, though not for the same person everyone else has been talking about in here, unless it's a remarkable coincidence :D

I'm looking for a reliable plumber in D15 too and would appreciate a number.

Can any of the previous posters comment on the service they got? Would you recommend them?

All I can say is, avoid a company under the alias ''Dublin Plumbing & Gas'', lets just say that these cowboys have a habit of over promising and under delivering based on my experience. An honest and accurate assessment based on our recent experience of them.
