Ripcurl Fireskin Hooded vests???

Anyone use one of these?Debating on whether to get the Ripcurl or the O'Niell.Was thinking of getting an O'Niell Thermo Neo-Hooded.Wouldnt mind the long sleeves but just looking for any opinions people might have on either.I was told the Ripcurl is a .5mm neoprene and i think the O'Niell is polypropylene 8oz. I got one of the ripcurl type for Christmas. Its certainly great to have the hood attached rather than a seperate hood. My only issue however is with the lack of sleeves when getting out of it. As soon as the top of your wettie is down your arms and shoulders are exposed to the elements and the rashie is quite arkward to get off (cause its a good fit). If I was buying again I think I would get the sleeved one.
