    Does anyone know what is being built outside wellpark shopping centre??

    Pretty much everything being built is outside Wellpark Shopping Centre.

    Can you be more specific?

    Saw some guys in suits and hi-viz jackets but don't know what they were doing.

    Maybe they are changing the work they did before christmas?

    You talking about the place near the Jag dealership? They seem to be fitting a shop on the ground floor anyway. Gonna assume apartments.

    Yeah I heard supermarket.
    And the upper floors look very apartment-esque from the outside

    There's a centra going in on the bottom, it's all stocked up so should be open soon!

    its just as you go into the dunnes in briarhill.......at the moment its just a load of concrete shuttering..
