yea houses are nice in ruanbeg alright, but just to give you a heads up that there can be a very bad smell in the air down there sometimes due to the chilling factory thats about 100 or so yards away from the entrance. its just something that would bug me personally, i wouldnt even view there when i was buying.

It depends on the kind of estate you want to live in. Kildare has some big modern estates (well over 100 houses) like Ruanbeg and some smaller estates new and old. What kind of things do you want to factor into your thinking?

Except on Sundays when they show the houses, smells fine then.
