    Just a quick word to see if any one would know of any basic cocktail flaring courses taking place anywhere for about 6 people and a price range??

    Check with DIT. They often run a mixology course with flaring included. Will enquire from a few friends and post back

    sorry to be ingorant ... what is cocktail flaring ? Is it setting fire to them ?

    He runs the company and teaches plenty of people cocktail and flair making.

    Cannot recommened the guy and his team enough

    trick pouring, spinning bottles ect.


    fire could add an element of danger though :)

    This Guy has reprensented Ireland in the world cocktail championships and manages the Leopardstown in, a great cocktail bar. Great choice. Didn't realise he had a buisness
