im seriously miserable in work, we have a new team leader alot younger than me and she picks on me all the time, she ccs the head of our dept whenever she emails me and its constant critism, never a well done for work ive done well, i just want to hand in my notice coz i dont care anymore, my tummy is constantly in knots…

Does your company have any procedures for bullying? (I'm assuming that where you work is a reasonable size of a place).
