UTV "Unlimited" Addon - What are the terms?

    I notice that UTV do what they call an "unlimited" (with fup) add-on.

    Any idea what they mean by "unlimited" since its obviously not really unlimited, if theres a fup.

    I can't seem to find the terms and conditions for their fup.

    Googling did turn this up :

    Which looks like they restrict downloading during the 6pm-11pm time periods every evening.

    Does anyone else have more info on this?
