Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know who would be wright company/person (Developer, architects or conctractor?) who hold building plan for house including electricicty, plumbing scheme, contacted solicitor, but those docs are not on file. Planing to change house inside which include knocking down nearly all inside walls downstairs and make open plan, adding only support colums instead.Does anybody know if any permision is required? Not a planning one but mayby from management company? And how will that look from Home Bond perspective?Any advice v appreciated

the plans may not be on record anywhere depending on how old the house is. It its noew, the architects, engineers and contractors would have a copy. They aren't going to be a huge help and a survey would be required.

As for permissions, planning probably isn't required unless you are changing any external features.

I'm not sure why you ask about a management company.
Do you own the house or not?

House is relatively new 3 years, so I presume I will find plans alright, will start contacting soon, the reason I mentioned menagement company even if I own house is that there is unfortunately one and charging well beyond service beeing provided (cleaning estate, landshaping..).Structural damage insurance is included and mayby that may be an issue? Will check it out, thanks for advice.

The managment company are only concerned with the estate not the house. If you own the house you can alter the internals

Your local authority will have this information on file.

    No they won't.
Planning drawings won't show full plans.
