Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gmail & .avi files

    If I receive an email attachment with a .avi extension on my gmail account I can't open it.

    When I click on the attachment it simply reboots Gmail???

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

    .AVI are video files, Gmail has an attachment limit of 25MB so this is most likely why it crashes.

    Have you tried downloading the file on its own?
