Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Have recently built an i7 gaming pc and all is fine.

    But storage is becoming a problem, my 6 year old netgear modem/router keeps hanging and I want access to all my music (and not sitting in front of pc)

    So,
    Was thinking of a 2bay d-link nas (install 1.5tb first)
    A d-link modem/router (bt internet & don't need super fast laptop speed)
    Squeezebox boom - for web music and pull all my mp3's from the nas.
    netgear equip ok - newer routers and nas' ?

    any opinions on this ?
    whats the diff between a router and a modem router ?
    Is the BT modem router any good ? print server ?

    house has cat5 for media streaming -movies etc wirless is just for laptop surfin
    any other ideas or help,
