Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I can't remove Norton 360 from Windows 7, I've tried norton removal tool, App remover, Normal uninstall, once I remove it windows will only start in safe mode, blue screen of death if I try and start in safe mode with networking or start windows normally once norton is removed, have to do a system restore to get back to windows.

Anyone any ideas what's causing the blue screen and memory crash once norton is removed, this is a week old laptop, it's doing my head in.

What did you try first? Should have been the removal tool.

If its still Operating, go to the Help and Support tab inside the program and follow the link and steps to open live chat support, they'll help you get it off there.

Just done a normal uninstall first, It's not working even after system restore.

I can remove norton no problem, but when I do the computer won't start, just get the blue screen. safe mode only, when I boot up in safe mode norton is gone and there's no trace when I run app remover?

i've got norton of plenty of machines, this one has me bet though..

you mean you used the Tool first or the Control Panel?

Either way Try Reinstalling 360 altogether, and then uninstall it using the tool. That may correct the problem.
