Hey guys have been looking at buying a rifle for foxes and have been looking at a Sako 85 varmint in.222(second hand but mint) and a Bushnell elite 6500 2.5 16x42 scope(new), what you guys think of this setup?
    All advice welcome

Sounds great. The .222 is a good round, but it hasn't taken off here like the .223, so ammo may be difficult to come by, but it's still a great setup if you're getting it for decent money.

Agree with Iwm , good set up and the 222 is a nice calibre, lots of lads in the North using them..if Reloading were ever brought in here it s a nice calibre to load for and its popularity would jump I reckon:)

Yeah seems very popurlar in the North, im buying it from a dealer in the north. Getting ammo isn't a problem, they have loads of different makes and grain sizing to cover all situations.
