    Prime defeats Ultron by pointing out that he is a machine intelligence built by machines and therefore an advancement over Ultron who was constructed originally by organic life. This would lead to Ultron suiciding or swearing allegiance to Prime.

    The avengers and Thor have alot of experience dealing with Ultron. Im going to give it to Thor once he is able to unleash his full power.

    My logic is that if you throw a hammer surrounded by lightning into someones face enough times, you are likely to win the fight.

    Ultron is dangerous but it has been mentioned repeatedly that Thor never uses his full strength in combat. Going all out not even admantium is gonna be able to stop him putting his fist down Ultron's throat and removing vital circuitry.
