sarky and buffybot have come back with a suggestion and posted it on the help desk

it moves the thread back and reopens others i believe

that fairly deals with the issues i had but others have some too and i have posted a reply thats not yet up.

Some people want an off topic /update the charter thread.

I also asked that bans etc resulting from the incidents (and i dont know if any got any) should be rescinded

Oh and the TAG changing while funny seems to have been the thing that caused the blow up.

Right then folks -I intend to tell Sarky & Buffy its time to Rock n'Troll and may even start an " I love Sarky Thread"

I dont think there is anything wrong with keeping this thread open and if we are going to have a moan keep it nice.

Sarky's big gripe was messing with tags and fair enough moding a thread is volunteer work really and its stuff he doesnt want to check.
